gwen's first steps!

Gwen has been standing/leaning while holding on to the sides of chairs and things for the last couple of weeks, and this morning she took her first steps! She's only up to two steps before plopping back down, but still—pretty good for a six month old! We are so proud of our little walker!

Pretty good, not quite as good as Mom mugging Dad with a blow dryer, but very good indeed. You see, when you grow up with Kewish women you learn to be very wary on 4/1. :)

wow, i too was feeling like my rockstar-potty-trained 3 year old was doing pretty well until these pics, which immediately made me want to compete with you guys even more (jk, anyone besides holly that might think i'm serious). then, i read james' entry and realized....yeah, he's right. april fools...haha....
i need some of you guys around my kids so they can have some good april fools tricks. i don't know if i'm just a tired old mom or just unimaginiative, i never can seem to come up with anything.....

Well, all I can say, Kris, is that it gets a lot more fun the older the kids get--on April l. :)

Wow! That is early. Christian is a little older even and we are waiting for him to crawl. Perhaps it's his rolls that make it hard to manuever. Who knows.
