Oh my goodness! I love zuchini and had no idea they could get so huge. Holly, why am I thinking of "Corn" at the moment?
And...Really delicious with the tomatoes, garlic and onion you cooked to top the pasta! How kind someone was to drop them off with tomatoes, a cucumber, and a bunch of herbs. Wish we knew who our generous benefactor was.
