california, here we come
...right back where we started from. Well, at least I did. And when I say "started," I mean from age one, since I was actually born in Boston.Anyhoo, we are off on a little family vacation. We are going to hang with some of our good friends, James and Melissa, go to Disneyland, Coronado Island and Sea World.
So, we will be taking a bit of a blog break. We promise lots of pictures when we return.

Yay! I haven't been back to CA since we left over two years ago. Hope you have the bestest time! How did you do that on the picture with your name? COOL!!

Hey...I didn't even notice your name until Tracy (Hi, Tracy) commented on it...now that really puts pressure on us for the 'Welcome Home Sign,' wouldn't you say?
It was great to get the call from Nezzie saying, "we got a pickle" and your saying, "Hi, we're at Disneyland," which brought back BIG memories. Dad and I were commenting on how years and years ago...well, actually decades...you could go to a call center/ attraction at DL (can't remember the telephone company sponsor) and call ANYWHERE for free. It was a big deal and people literally lined up to use the phones to call home, etc., from Disneyland.
Mom, I just remember calling from the big phone booth in Tomorrowland, that was actually a speaker phone and feeling like we had to talk REALLY loud so you could hear us, saying, "Hi! We're calling from Disneyland!! Can you hear us?"
Tracy, Dave didn't alter the photo using photoshop in any way, shape or form. Disneyland is just returning the love. ;)
