Well...yes, that's the 'good news' and the 'bad news.' :) :(
But, can't really complain since you will still be really close by.
we are just going to be in the neighborhood next to days market. there will be lots of details coming as we work on this little baby. lots of before and after pictures. we are a bit scared as we don't know what we are doing, but really excited too.
hooray for home ownership! congrats-- I couldn't be happier for you...
