so nezzie has this doll...
This is "Baby Jesus", one of Nezzie's favorite dolls. She got it from her Nursery leader for Christmas (all the kids did, she got them from the dollar store). It has clothes but Nezzie never wants them on it because her teacher wrote "I love Baby Jesus" on its tummy. And I say "it" because Baby Jesus changes from girl to boy and back again almost on a daily basis.

isn't it odd the things kids choose to love? i love the pictures... especially the one of "baby jesus" on nezzie's lap. super cute.
also, love the new greenish look on the blog! (although i did love the pink too.)
Everything about this is funny! The baby's eye is half closed! The trans-gender thing...oh my gosh. I can't stop laughing.
I know, it totally has a lazy eye.
It's so hard for me to laugh about it without feeling a little sacrilegious for three reasons: A) It has Baby Jesus written on it. Secondly, she got it from the Christmas lesson in Nursery. And third, she actually calls him Baby Jesus.
Brooke, did I get the 16 Candles reference correct? It's been too long since I watched it, plus I think Dave feels sorry for me when I sit there and quote the whole thing, which by the way is just not fun to do by myself. Can we have a girls night and watch it the next time Aaron is out of town?
So many comments....so little time. Well, I think this is definately one for the safe keeping box. She will LOVE that when she has a child of her own that has something freaky she loves. LOL
Holly, it is good to see that you have the same indecision with blog layouts as I. I have about 5 I uploaded last night and can't decide what I want next. It is as much fun as changing my mind. Which is my perogative, right?
Dave if you did this then I am a little concerned since you keep picking girlie colors.

That doll is a little freaky and a little lovable. You definately need to save the pictures for black mail later. I loved the Catherine Tate. Very funny!
